Donation Refunds

All donations made to Vidyaranyam are considered voluntary contributions and are generally non-refundable.

However, refund requests may be considered in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate donation transactions.
• Incorrect donation amount entered by the donor.
• Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.
• Technical errors resulting in multiple charges.

Requesting a Refund

If you believe your donation qualifies for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction date and provide:

• Donor Name
• Donation Date
• Donation Amount
• Transaction Reference Number
• Reason for Refund Request

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Vidyaranyam reserves the right to review and make the final decision on all refund requests.
